✦By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. Please read everything carefully.✦GENERAL
-Commissions are for personal use only, unless if the commercial rights are purchased for an additional fee depending on service.
-I reserve the right to decline commissions. If I feel the project is out of my abilities or the content is something I do not draw, I may decline your request.
-AI and NFT usage is prohibited. I do not allow any of my art to be used in AI datasets, engines, or NFTs.
-If I attempt to contact you and am not given a response within 1 week, I will proceed with the art.
-If I deem a character as complex (think most hoyoverse characters for example) there may be an extra complex design fee. This will range $3-10 depending on size and complexity.
-Breaking these rules may result in a blacklist.
-Prices are based on USD, currency conversion fees may alter the prices.✦WHAT I WILL DRAW + RESTRICTIONS

Payments under $50 must be 100% upfront before I begin on any art.
If full payments are not sent within 2 weeks, the commission will be declined.If the payment is $50 or over you can choose to pay 100% upfront or a payment plan (full details below)
Payment plan: Client must pay 50% after commission has been accepted and before I begin on the art. Then, the remaining 50% will be paid after the line art has been completed and approved by the commissioner. I will not resume progress on the commission until the remaining amount is sent and the commission has been paid in full.

This is my process, I will send you my progress at the end of each stage:

-Up to 5 revisions are free during the sketch/lineart phase.
-Revisions may have a fee after the sketch and lineart have been approved or after the 5th revision done. This is to prevent excessive revisions.
-The fee will be $1-5 per revision depending on complexity.-Note: if I make a mistake it will be free to fix at anytime. Please let me know as soon as you can if you notice any errors so they are easier to fix.✦DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-If no deadline is given, I will set the time-frame for 1-2 months to complete a commission. This is a general deadline to give myself extra time in case I need to delay my progress. I will typically finish a commission within 1 week to 1 month.
-If I believe I will take longer than 2 months, I will inform you at the beginning of the commission.-If the deadline given is 7 days or less, a rush fee will be added.
-If you set a deadline I cannot make, I will let you know or deny your commission request.USES and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain the rights to commission artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, meaning you do not have the right to ownership of the artwork I create.I may use the art in the following ways:
-Use in my portfolio.
-Post WIPS and the final art on my social medias.
-Record the creation of the art to create a video with.
If an NDA was purchased, the art will remain private and will not be posted by me or used for promotional purposes.Personal use is included in initial price meaning you may only use the art for personal purposes (unless commercial rights are purchased).
For some examples of personal use, you may post the art on your social medias and use it as an icon/banner with credit to me as the artist (@Yebcat). You may also create physical products like prints/stickers/books/etc. meant for personal use (as in not for sale).For use in monetized content, the extra fee is 10% the price.You must purchase the proper commercial rights if you are planning on using the art commercially. The commercial rights range from 100-200% the price.You may NOT:
-Modify my art with any form of artificial intelligence.
-Mint my art as an NFT.
-Claim the art as your own.
-Use artwork purchased for Personal Use only in merchandise, streaming, or other commercial projects. This does not apply if monetized use was included or purchased, or if commercial use was purchased.✦REFUNDS and CANCELLING
-I have the right to cancel and provide a full refund at any time.
-You may cancel your request before the payment is made.
-You may cancel your request before a sketch has been sent to you. In this case, I will not send any art I could have made before the cancellation.
-After any art has been made, no refunds will be accepted unless the deadline we have set passes and I have not sent the final art.Chargebacks are prohibited. Any chargeback will result in:
-You forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
-You will be blacklisted and I will publically warn artists about you.
-I will place a formal complaint against you.
-I will have the right to resell or reuse the artwork in anyway I please.✦COMMUNICATION

I will do my best to respond within 24 hrs.If you do not return my attempts to contact you within 2 weeks while the art is in progress, I will proceed with the commission and will finish the artwork without input.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
